Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
This offer is valid for all Dhahib app users with a valid account. One offer per table, maximum 8 people per reservation.
2. Reservation Required
Advance reservation is mandatory. Please book at least 24 hours in advance through the Dhahib app or by calling the restaurant directly.
3. Discount Application
The 40% discount applies only to the brunch menu items listed on our weekend special menu. Beverages and additional items are not included in the discount.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the reservation time. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Menu Changes
The restaurant reserves the right to modify the brunch menu without prior notice. Seasonal availability of certain items may affect the menu.
6. Service Charge
A 10% service charge will be added to all bills. This service charge supports our staff and is not included in the discount calculation.
7. Taxes
All applicable taxes (VAT 15%) will be charged on the final bill amount after discount application.
8. Limitation of Liability
The restaurant is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation issues, or force majeure events.
9. Offer Modification
Dhahib reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through the app.
